On the palate, Extra Brut reveals delicate notes of white flowers, dried apricots, and a hint of sea salt. The vibrant acidity and dry finish are reminiscent of iconic Extra Brut vintages – without the alcohol.
With 0.0% alcohol, no sugar, no sulfites and only 1 calorie per glass, this Blanc de Blancs is a stylish alternative to Champagne.
