Scent : Dense fruit of sour cherry, blackcurrant and elderberry paired with the fresh notes of lime.
Taste: Dark berry fruit reminiscent of sour cherries, currants and elderberries, stimulating acidity combined with the slight bitterness of quince and lime, plus the refreshing fine carbonation.
Recommendation : Enjoy it on its own as a stimulating aperitif or with red and black berries and fruits, e.g. red berry compote with vanilla ice cream, etc.
